Terms of Use
The short version: Wall Of Faith is a free tool. You can make wallpapers for your own use. Please only use photos and words you have the right to use, and don’t resell our built-in backgrounds on their own.
1. Using the website
By using Wall Of Faith you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Wall Of Faith is an independent project run by [Your name or business name]. It is not affiliated with any Bible publisher, app or other brand.
2. What the service does
The site lets you choose or type a Bible verse, pick a background and size, and download a wallpaper image. Everything happens in your browser. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
3. Your content
- You are responsible for the text and photos you use. Only use photos and words you own or have permission to use.
- Your content stays on your device. We do not receive it, so we cannot recover it for you.
- You keep any rights you have in your own content.
4. Our content
- Wallpapers you create. You may use the wallpapers you make for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as setting them on your own devices or sharing them with friends and family.
- Built-in backgrounds, logo, design and code. These belong to [Your name or business name]. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the built-in background images on their own or as packs. Some backgrounds are AI-generated images created for this site.
- Bible text. The built-in verses use the King James Version, which is in the public domain in most countries. If you type another translation, you are responsible for having permission to use it.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site: for example, do not try to break or overload it, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or use it to create content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights.
6. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge. We do not promise that it will always work, be error-free or be available, or that the verses are free of mistakes. Please check any verse you rely on against your own Bible.
7. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your country or state], and the courts there will handle any dispute, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
